2.1 Beak is an email writing and sending service that integrates with Google Sign-In and the Google Email API.

2.2 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
2.3 Beak does not provide email warmup services, lead generation services, email verification or other services against the Gmail API policy

2.4 Recipient opt-out from Beak is always possible

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 To use the Service, you must sign in using your Google account.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.

3.3 Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security related to your account.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Sending spam or unsolicited emails.

• Engaging in phishing, fraud, or other deceptive practices.

• Violating Google’s terms of service or policies.

• Sending content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful.

4.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

5. Data Privacy and Security

5.1 Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

5.2 By using the Service, you authorize Beak to access and process your Google account data, including emails, subject to Google’s API Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Some features of the Service may require payment. Fees will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

6.2 Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by us.

6.3 We reserve the right to change pricing or introduce new fees with prior notice to you.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Service are owned by Firm Firm, LLC or its licensors.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service solely as permitted by these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8.2 We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9.2 Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

10.1 You may stop using the Service at any time.

10.2 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Terms
